Terms of Use

The rules for creating, playing, and sharing Drawvenge challenges.

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and PT. CIMMETRIA DIGITAL MARKETING. By creating a profile or using Drawvenge, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and legally permitted to use the service. If local law requires parental consent, you may use Drawvenge only with that consent.

2. The service

Drawvenge provides asynchronous skill-based challenges. A challenge may be opened by anyone who receives its link. Browser and app features may differ. Gameplay results depend on device input, timing, connectivity, and server verification.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity associated with your account or installation and for keeping access tokens and challenge links secure. Do not impersonate another person or use a misleading or abusive display name.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of trajectories, display names, and other content you create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and adapt that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve Drawvenge.

You are responsible for content you create or share and must have the rights needed to submit it.

5. Prohibited conduct and content

You may not use Drawvenge to create, share, or promote:

  • harassment, threats, bullying, or targeted abuse;
  • hate speech or abusive content directed at protected groups;
  • sexual, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate content;
  • spam, scams, malware, or deceptive links;
  • illegal content or activity;
  • attempts to cheat, bypass one-attempt rules, disrupt verification, scrape data, or interfere with the service;
  • impersonation or infringement of another person’s rights.

6. Reporting, blocking, and moderation

You can report challenges and block players from result screens. A report does not automatically block a player. We may review reports and remove content, restrict links, suspend access, or preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary for safety and enforcement.

7. Service availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit access to protect users, infrastructure, or legal compliance. We do not guarantee that every challenge, link, result, or replay will remain available indefinitely.

8. Account termination and deletion

You may delete your account from Settings or through the process described at Delete account. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Drawvenge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not required by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
