Drawvenge is operated by PT. CIMMETRIA DIGITAL MARKETING (“Drawvenge”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This policy applies to the Drawvenge mobile app, browser player, challenge links, and related services.

1. Information we process

Account and profile information

your display name;
anonymous account, installation, session, and authentication identifiers;
if you choose Sign in with Apple, the Apple account identifier and any name or email Apple makes available to us.

Game and user-generated content

drawn attack and target trajectories;
dodge paths, shots, attempts, results, replays, revenge chains, and streaks;
challenge links and associated author or recipient information;
reports, report reasons, and blocked-player relationships.

Device and technical information

app version, platform, device and installation identifiers, language, and configuration;
IP address, request timestamps, security logs, errors, and diagnostic information;
push notification token if notifications are enabled;
product analytics events such as challenge creation, play, results, sharing, and conversion events.

Drawvenge does not request access to your microphone, contacts, photos, or precise location. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

2. How we use information

to create accounts and keep sessions secure;
to create, verify, deliver, play, and replay challenges;
to show activity, results, revenge chains, and streaks;
to operate reporting, blocking, abuse prevention, and moderation;
to send service notifications when enabled;
to diagnose failures, protect the service, and improve gameplay and reliability;
to meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

3. How information is shared

Your display name, challenge content, and game results may be visible to people who receive or open the relevant challenge link. Treat challenge links as shareable links.

We may use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, analytics storage, authentication, and notification delivery. They process information only to provide services to us. Apple processes Sign in with Apple under Apple’s own terms. Expo services may process notification tokens and delivery data when notifications are enabled.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.

4. Storage and security

Information is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We use access controls, token hashing, rate limits, and operational safeguards designed to protect stored information. No security method is guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep account and gameplay information while your account is active and as needed to operate the service. Security, moderation, and backup records may remain for a limited period where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or restoration.

You can delete your account in the app or use our external account-deletion page. Account deletion removes or de-identifies account data and disables challenges you own, subject to limited legal and security retention.

6. Your choices

change your display name in Settings;
enable or disable sound, vibration, and available notifications;
report a challenge or block another player;
delete your account and associated gameplay data;
contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

7. Children

Drawvenge is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of applicable law, contact us so we can review and delete it.

8. International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required.
